Crossroads Presbyterian Church
July 2, 2007
To The Congregation of CRPC:
Regarding ACT 2007 (which many of
you have attended in the past):
*At its June Stated Session meeting, the
Elders of CRPC voted that CRPC will pay
the registration for any attendees from
the congregation to attend this great
event next September 28 and 29 at First
Presbyterian in Grapevine. Copies of the
brochure have been made and will be
ready for distribution beginning this
coming Sunday, July 8, 2007. They are
located on the foyer table of the
Fellowship Hall.
*Please browse through
the information and note the many
interesting sessions you may choose
from. The schedule notes the three
separate course times, A, B, and C. Many
courses are offered twice, at different
times. These will be noted in the
brochure information.
*We will send our
registrations before the due date
(September 10) in order to assure the
reduced rate. You will be reminded to
give your registration information to
the clerk around the middle of August so
that the check from the church may be
sent to the Presbytery to arrive before
the deadline and so your desired courses
may still be open. If you won’t know
until the “last minute” whether you will
be able to attend, that is fine. If you
can go, we want you to do so!
*This will hopefully
make certain we get to attend the
session(s) we wish (you will be asked to
make 2nd and perhaps 3rd selections in
case the sessions fill up quickly.
*Elders—you are asked to
consider the sessions for Officer
Training, which includes a certificate
(Certificate of Officer Training).

*Note: Generally, we do
not attend as a group to the Friday
activities. This will be your choice to
attend or not on Friday. Also, some
attendees may want to travel together —
again, this is the choice of
individuals.
Warm Regards,
