Crossroads Presbyterian Church Ministries
===========================

CRPC Children's Ministries

Lacia Stogsdill is the CRPC Children's Ministries director. The Children's Ministry program is for children from K-5th grade. It was started at the Crossroads Presbyterian Children's Church, on April 27th, 2008. Two youth members help weekly. The substitute teacher is Jean Tykoski, who is also the CRPC Education Director. They teach bible scriptures weekly, with either arts and crafts, music or games.

We have a fun night the third Saturday of each month. This usually consists of a just released Movie video or an Arts and Crafts night. We have made salvation bracelets, prayer beads and tie-dye T-shirts.  We have cookouts with a hot dog roast and follow up with s'mores for a dessert. We ask that everyone bring a friend so that we can share God's word with everyone. The 'fee' to get into these activities is one canned or non-perishable item for our food pantry.  Our largest turn out so far has had 16 children in it.

Wednesday Night Bible Study is usually on the first Wednesday of each month.   We discuss and have games surrounding every day battles.   We read bible scriptures and play games.

The Crossroads Presbyterian Church also has a VBS (Vacation Bible School) program. We will be looking for volunteers to help, please contact Lacia Stogsdill for more information or to volunteer to help out.

Summer Camps (KidQuake and YouthQuake) these are open to all denominations. Camp Gilmont and Prairie Valley Camp.  These Summer camps are full of activities and include a week long schedule of swimming, archery, canoeing, hiking, arts and crafts.  Come enjoy God and the beautiful surroundings at either Camp Gilmont or at Prairie Valley Camp at the same time.
